El Arenal is the best place to see Flamenco dancing. It is a bit touristy because they sell tickets at the hotel. It is difficult to find, bring a map. I am not sure how much it was because we just walked up to the door. My fiance' speaks Spanish and they welcomed us in and gave us a great table. Your cover will get you one drink. They also serve dinner. A great show.
