Isabelica

Description

This cafeteria is located in the Dolores complex. According to local history, towards the end of the 19th Century this large house was inhabited by a woman of French decent called Isabel, who owned a nearby coffee plantation. She made it a tradition for visitors to the house to drink a cup of coffee from beans picked on her own estate, and after her death, the local inhabitants decided to maintain this custom. Along with coffee, they also serve domestic and imported beers, fruit juice, and soft and malt drinks.
