In the half-decade since it opened with Japanese dancer Min Tanaka, Archa has presented compelling dance and musical performances of all genres to a discriminating audience.

To mention the names of just a few who have appeared here: John Cale, David Byrne, Meredith Monk, The Residents and Robert Wilson as well as the best of Czech progressive art from the Agon Orchestra to the HaDivadlo and Goose On A String theatre troupes.

The hall's modest size means that no one is more than a few rows away from the action and also ensures a sell-out crowd at almost every performance.
