Hunter's in the main gathering spot for gay men in Palm Springs. It has a mix of locals and tourists and all ages, shapes and sizes. The nice thing about Palm Springs is that people mix it up. You have the hot boys from LA and you have the older guys who are here to retire - everyone is welcome and there is no attitude.
Hunters has a great outdoor area in the front that is popular in the late afternoon and early evening and is very relaxed. As the night wears on things speed up and the crowd does get younger and the disco gets going. By 2am it's on full throttle.
The bartenders are cute and friendly and because a lot of people are here on holiday, you find an "I am on vacation" attitude among the patrons.
