Hudsons is a little cafe/delicatessen located in the hub of Dickson's shopping area. Hudson's has a real 'New York deli' feel to it, with its warm, busy atmosphere and checkerboard floor. There are tables indoors or dine at the large outdoor eating area. Hudsons serve up great lunch treats and savouries. Not to be missed are the amazing savoury tarts (about AUD4) and the filo-wrapped chicken and asparagus. They also have a wonderful selection of cakes and a range of gourmet foods and condiments.
