Will the Entrance Fee Put you Off?

This pub is a tricky one to find, you have to go through an arch off the main street Nowy Swiat, continue through the car park and it is the first building on the left. Kind of hard to find, it took us a while of wandering around as it doesn't look particularly clear.
Powiekszenie has recently opened, in fact when I went there they weren't officially open to clients but you had to be on a guest list due to some legal situation.
Powiekszenie which means blow up has a comfortable area with tables and sofas near the door followed by some steps which lead up to a few more tables and the bar.
The beer at 6zl is one of the best priced drinks in the central area of Warsaw. There's also a wide range of spirits available. This is quite a roomy pub upstairs with a range of nautical attire on the walls, which actually seems a bit misplaced, they seem to have got the lighting spot on as it has a duskiness but remains bright, not the kind of place you have to squint to see your chair!
A staircase then leads to a dance floor which is shaped like a large pit below a stage with the Dj on with benches on the sides.
When I was there the DJ was playing electronic and reggae music, I think this was at the request of a group of people, the music was different downstairs to upstairs - where alternative rock was played. The place was pretty quiet for a Friday night but this could have been down to it being new and them charging 20zl for something which is usually a bit cheaper. Not all of their potential customers calculated the beer savings to be made - obviously.
Whilst the size of the club is quite large, the men's toilet most certainly is not - as there is the tiniest of things with one urinal and a regular toilet.. however it's almost impossible to pass someone at the urinal to get to the other toilet without knocking them into it. The club has some promising concerts in the next few weeks and lends itself to them due to the size.
