Coconut Joe's is a restaurant, but when it gets late it's more like an outside bar. There are seats at the bar that are swings instead of barstools, and the entire place is built around one huge poinsetta tree. It's a really cool place to hang out with a beer or a drink, especially before going out to dance at The Next Level or DJ's. It's just down the road from The Next Level and Aqua Beach, within walking distance. The place is very funky and fun, and the menu is great for appetizers, but stay away from the conch chowder-- it's too spicy to eat.
