The Pusser's Pubs are famous in the Virgin Islands. There are two on the island of Tortola and one on Virgin Gorda. The fourth is located on Marina Cay, a small island near Trellis Bay. The two on Tortola are quite easy to get to. One is in Roadtown on the main drag (Waterfront Drive) and has both a restaurant and outpost (store). The other is at Soper's Hole on the West End of Tortola. It, too, has its own souvenir and clothing shop. You can't leave any Pusser's without trying their famous rum drink called a Painkiller - add on the souvenir tin mug for a few extra dollars. The attire is casual, but you do tend to see a few more people in swimsuits/cover-ups at the Soper's Hole location, as this Pusser's is adjacent to the wharf where people will dock their boat and pop in for a quick drink. They have happy-hour specials everyday between 5 and 7pm with $1 off all drinks and half-price appetizers! This is a nice, affordable way to sample a bunch of different menu items. They also host live music on the weekends.
