Owned by a Belgian couple, it attracts a lot of expats but also lots of locals. Every Thursday they have some type of live music. The night we were there it was a local band that was somewhere between bongo flava and reggae. It's a pretty fun crowd, variety of ages, and a relaxed atmosphere.
