Description
Opened in 1981, the Kahilu Theatre celebrates over 25 years of presenting more than 450 performances by artists, known and some not so known. There are dance troupes, plays, orchestras, jazz, acrobats, ballet, operas, comedians, Hawaiian musicians, and performers of every description. There are only 450 seats in the theatre, and there are no bad seats. It's located in the center of Waimea, behind the shopping mall, and there is plenty of parking. It's a great theatre in an out-of-the-way place that is worth a visit.
