Ambrosia Cafe

This is a great place to stop off for a coffee! This little cafe serves home-made sandwiches, desserts, and small fare, but the reason to go is because of the coffee (any style for only 1 euro!). The coffee isn't gourmet or the best in Athens, but it is good, made fresh right there and as good as Starbucks or any similar place fora third of the price per cup than a typical cafe in the city center. The location is perfect if you are in the Plaka-Acropolis area walking around, or if getting into or departing from the Acropolis station.
