Description
This sports complex is less than a mile from downtown St. Petersburg along Central Ave and accessible by special Looper bus running daily 11am-5pm. Home to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays since 1996, the field was created in 1986 and has hosted Davis Cup tennis, arena football, basketball and big-name concerts. It seats 45,200 for baseball and features 'entertainment streets' with food, a kids' play area, a bank and a rotunda resembling Brooklyn's Ebbets Field. Tours of the facility are available for $5 for adults, $3 for children and seniors.
