Fred's Restaurant and Bar is a local institution. It looks more than a tad on the shabby side and the décor is just about non-existent, but do not let that deter you from stopping by for a tasty West Indian lunch or dinner. The menu changes daily, with fried or boiled fish a big favorite with visitors. Adventurous eaters might try the mutton, pork chops or conch.
