It's a very new, very comfortable mall just like any other ones here in Canada. You can tell that the people who go there are more affluent. The supermarket on top floor sell many imported goods. There's a Dairy Queen there! The food court there has many varieties of food. There is a Fendi store and a department store carrying a wide range of good from Channel, Giorgio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo etc. But if I am looking to buy these brand name things, why don't I just buy them at home?
