Description

This is a typical Tenderloin watering hole in all ways but one: all the signs are in both Chinese and English. There are also red paper lanterns and Asian wall hangings strung up about the place. It is generally quiet in here and the drinks are reasonably priced, which adds to the low-key, casual atmosphere that pervades it. The crowd is a mix of locals of all ages.
