The eating area is compact but comfortable and the walls are lined with pictures of jazz musicians. Serving cakes, pastries, sandwiches and baguettes, there are some lip-smacking snacks such as a prawn, mushroom and garlic butter combo with toast and salad for around £3. A rainbow of ice-cream flavours is available from mango to cappuccino. Try their scotch pancakes with maple syrup and ice cream. On warmer days pavement tables can be found outside.
