Visiting Circus Circus

Lots of families roaming around due to the family arcade games on the second floor. Low ceilings and dark—does not appear to be clean—seemed run down and low class. We went there to eat at their EXCELLENT steakhouse—but that is all that impressed us favorably! I reviewed the Steakhouse elsewhere...it is highly recommended.

Circus Circus Hotel

This hotel is really good for families with kids since it offers a lot of activities for kids. You can see some circus shows there (every hour or two they have a page with all of the shows hours) and the show is really neat and it's not only for kids. It lasts about 20 minutes or so.

There is also a "kids casino" there where you can play all kinds of games and win stuffed animals (usually you see dads there with those big big bags full of stuff for their kids.)

Also in the hotel you'll find some cool rides.

In the hotel Circus Circus, they have a indoor amusement park for kids and family. They have a indoor roller coaster, a water ride, lots of games, and food -- just plain and simple fun. Anything is fun when your not in the sun. I recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to travel with their kids.

Circus/Circus

Circus Circus was one of the first themed casinos, and it looks like it. This is the place most people with children will stay. Let me paint a picutre of this for you. You walk into the hotel that looks like a giant circus tent, where you are welcomed by clowns. And before you know it, you are being overtaken by screaming children, whose parents left them to go gamble. This hotel is not for those without children. Maybe take a quick peek at the inside, and you'll be ready to go. The inside looks really shabby and not clean. This is also one of the cheaper places to stay on the Strip, but you will be dealing with lots of children . . . not to mention clowns. A nice thing is the circus acts upstairs that keep the children busy. But you will find lots of lost children at this place. So again, this one isn't for everyone! If you want peace and quiet and a nice clean casino, forget this one!

Circus Acts at Circus Circus Hotel & Casino

Circus Acts of all kinds perform every half hour to hour. You may see one act or two or three with the approximately 20 minutes that each performance lasts.

Magicians, jugglers, acrobats, trapeze artists, clowns, and contortionists...if you've seen it at the circus, there's a good chance you'll see it here.

While each act is limited in scope and time, the ability of these performers is excellent.

Limited seating is provided but the crowd comes and goes, and if you don't get seating at one performance, you'll get it for the next if you plan to stay for two or more performances in a row.

The acts repeat throughout the day, giving you an opportunity to see some, skip some, or repeat one that particularly entertained you or your children. A schedule is posted so you know what act is performing when.

I very highly recommend the Free Circus acts for the children and the young at heart. We really enjoyed them.
