There are many pubs and bars in Prague, but there's only one chateau. Some may say that it draws tourists (well, they DO play good music) or is for expats (well, it is always lively and fun), but that is not entirely true. My friends who live in Prague, and have their entire lives, love this place and call it one of their local faves. The draw? Just walk by and the fun vibe will no doubt peak your interest. Laughter spills out onto the street and the music is always upbeat and fun. There are two bars upstairs (more of a lounge/bar scene) and downstairs is best for dancing. No matter what night you go, it'll always have a fun-loving crowd. This is no doubt a great place to meet locals and tourists alike... but not your typical tourists - these are people looking for a taste of the local nightlife!
