Terrible

Was there today. My (blonde) partner got a big black hair in her food. When we pointed this out to the manager, she looked at both of us (to make sure neither of us had dark hair) and said "it's only a little hair" (which it wasn't). My partner said that it was still unacceptable, the manager replied "it's not as if it is a beetle, or something". My partner asked her if she would like to receive her food in this way. The manager said that my partner had a terrible 'attitude' and she said she would refund the cost of that particular meal. No apology. No going back for us!
