Description
This stylish new French and Vietnamese venture provides people-watchers and book-readers a central place to pass the hours.
The French co-owner, who spearheaded the transformation of a local bia hoi (draught beer restaurant) into the sophisticated La Brique, wanted to create an eating and drinking spot with a 'destroyed look.' The exposed brick walls and open doorways add to the rustic feel.
Drinks and edibles, though, are far from shabby. The beverage menu boasts a select list of wines as well as the usual bar offerings. Food includes mostly items from the sea, though the owner intends to expand.
