The Brewery has been a standby for live music in Raleigh for sixteen years. Here, among the brick walls and permanent beery odor, you can catch unknowns, representatives of Raleigh and Chapel Hill's fairly hip music scene, and regional favorites like Southern Culture on the Skids or the Connells. The Brewery has a plumb location on Hillsborough Street, home of NC State University and a main drag for nightlife in the city. The collegiate vibe can dominate at times, so be prepared for boozed up wolfpacks roaming the street.
