The Espana area attracts college students and their ilk to listen to the sweet sounds of Santana cover bands and more traditional Bolivian music. Local bars abound, serving local beers and crispy french fries with mustard, ketchup and mayo. Drinks are cheap, we spent about $5 for a bottle of beer large enough to start a good buzz for two people. Don't forget- the altitude helps increase the intoxication factor. Lighweights- beware!
