Since Islam frowns on drinking there aren't as many bars and clubs as we have here in the states, but they do have them!
I don't recomend drinking anything that's on tap, draft beer in Egypt wasn't good. Not that it didn't taste okay, it just got me sick... and I don't mean hangover.
Stella is Egypt's most popular beer, and it's pretty good.
Don't expect to see a lot of women. Every time we went to the bar I was one of the only women there. When we did see other ladies, they were always foriegn.
Egyptians don't really care if you drink, but they might not be that approving of a display of public drunkeness.
