What a side trip! Chatsworth was well worth the time spent sitting on a train for three hours. The concert was not so great because Elton was not able to tone it down for a smaller venue. He was treating this as though it were a stadium, granted it was an outdoor venue. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and was not cooperating late in the day; it was also terribly cold for June.

The tour of the house was amazing and to experience the history of the estate. The late Princess Diana is a relative to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. It was a wonderful history lesson.
