D H Browns is filled with legislative staff, some legislators and lobbyists when the legislature is in session. It fills up after the eveing receptions at about 6 or 6:30pm. It tends to be a friendly, close knit crowd. There is a free jukebox. There is no food, but you can get some popcorn and sometimes they have chips and salsa. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is always a place to sit down.
