'Vickan' offers four lunch dishes, often something Italian, but always one simple home-cooking dish. On the à la carte menu you will always a grilled raw beef steak, but the minute steak with raw egg-yolk and horseradish is sometimes replaced by sevruga caviar.
Among these very exclusive dishes there always are some simpler meals, such as the traditional Wallenbergare or French onion soup, well worth their price.
