In the broken-down downtown area of Twin Falls, one must not overlook Pandora's, located in the historic Old Mill Building. The atmosphere alone is worth the trip and the food is like an added bonus. Built in 1906, the Old Mill Building used to house a flour mill and, until recently, a microbrewery. The beautiful exposed beams as well as the original freight elevator are everpresent in the main dining room. The bare brick walls and hard wood floors along with the beautifully intricate wooden bar are a sight for sore eyes. Live music plays almost every night of the week (the restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays), and an extensive draught collection is a draw for locals and visitors alike.
The food is a story onto itself. With everything ranging from battered green beans to steak and lobster on weekends, there's sure to be something for everyone in the family. It's always very well prepared and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant totes their garlic fries with good reason. Absolutely amazing all around!
