Sushi En Fuego serves delicious Tapa. Their Tapa menu is wonderful as well as their sushi menu. They have a full bar so have a drink like sake or a martini to go with their wonderful food items. If you can try to get outdoor seating since the restaurant overlooks lovely Kailua Bay. The best time to go to Sushi En Fuego is at sunset so you can enjoy the beautiful Kona views. Sushi En Fuego is open from 11:30am - 9:30pm. Try some unique sushi with a Latin spicy infusion. This is the only restaurant that Iknow of that is a Latin and Japanese fusion restaurant with an outrageous martini bar. Don Juan Da Mango is one of the best martinis that my husband ordered when we went there last month. This is the perfect place to relax especially if you get outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend stopping at Sushi En Fuego for some food and drinks. After eating here you can walk off all of your calories by walking down Ali'i Drive. Sushi En Fuego is right in the heart of all of the action on Ali'i Drive. There is valet parking beneath Waterfront Row and there is paid parking across the street.
