Devilishly Delightful Burger

This is a basically delicious build it yourself burger joint. For a basic fee you get a premium aged, 10 oz burger, hand trimmed and freshly ground. You choose your burer style – grilled, with blach peppercorn crust, blackened, or Diablo (grilled and brushed with spicy chipotle marinade
You choose how rare or cooked you want it and then for an additional fee you add your choice of cheese – anything from American or swiss to cave aged amish cheddar, and . . . . then at no extra charge the cappers – from the standard onion and mustard to fancier cognac and sherry sautéed mushrooms to rays’ hell sauce.
Dining tables were simple and the newly opened restaurant was very blandly decorated at the time of my visit, but the food was devilishly delicious.
