This was my first experience at a Brazilian Steak House, I was not sure what to expect but really looking forward to it. I knew they had an huge salad bar and they brought meat to your table, but what I did not know was that it was going to be some of the best food I had ever eaten.
I will start with the service was fantastic. the waiter sat me, put my napkin on my lap and immediately filled a glass of water for me. He told us how the place worked and off I went to devour the salad bar. This salad bar has about 40 items. Everything from fresh cheese to sushi, to every fresh vegetable you could think of. There was fresh mozzarella , Parmesan, smoked provolone, roasted red peppers, picked hearts of Palm, salmon, tuna, and so much more. There is also a lobster bisque soup, sauteed mushrooms, garlic mash potatoes and cinnamon bananas to clean the palate. Once i got my salad I came back to my seat to find my napkin folded back up and my drink class filled. In fact practically every time I took a sip he was there to fill my glass, and every time I got up he fixed my napkin.
Back to the food. my husband is not a salad fan so he began on the meat. The servers bring you the meat on sword- like skewers, everything from bacon wrapped beef, chicken, lamb and sausage all cooked over an open flame grill. The meats are so good, so tender and so flavorful. This was really the best meal I have had in a long time.
Expect to be there for a while because they bring the meat one at a time and you can eat as much as you want. If that is not enough you can even order a dessert. However it is not included.
