This Chinese restaurant is located on the 16th floor at Hotel Nikko. It's expensive but the view is superb, and it's worth the price. We went there for dim sum lunch. They charged a fixed price per person with all you can eat food and ice tea. As in most dim sum restaurants, the little finger size dumplings/pasteries comes in bamboo steamers - the waiter show them to you and you point and choose. The big plus is that you can also select from the menu with items like fried prawns and a variety of Chinese deserts. Not the best dim sum we ever have but it tasted decent enough. We checked the dinner menu, it's too expensive to try. Hey, let us know if the view is good in the evening.
They open everyday for dinner. For dim sum lunch, they are only open on Saturday and Sunday.
