A nice little out-of-the-way place that is only 15 minutes from Bozeman on a 300 acre ranch near the Gallatin River. They offer creative American cuisine with a touch of French influence. The menu had about 10 entrees including wild salmon, bison T-bone, pheasant and a to-die-for lobster bisque. The wine list is easily one of the best that I have seen in Montana. One dining room has an antique bar. They also have another dining room with a glass wall that offers views of a pond and the mountains. A group of whitetail deer wandered through the property while we were relaxing by the fire. They also have guest rooms in their Lodge that are really nice-with fireplaces and jacuzzis.
