Tivoli Restaurant/Bar?

The food was quite good and quite a good selection, the service was good and the head waiter quite attentive. A couple of the Asian waitresses were very sulky and solemn with no good evenings or anything like that. The thing that I hated was being surrounded by all these prostitutes all smoking in the non smoking areas and just flaunting themselves in front of every guy that entered the room. Also very loud music whilst people are dining and the lights dimmed very very low at 6pm.
