Best Meal from Chicago

I was visiting Chicago last month for my sister's wedding and one night during my stay we decided to go to Soiree. My sister and her friends had made reservations a few days beforehand because it's one of their favorite places to celebrate at. I couldn't believe my eyes when we walked in. The bistro is gorgeous and radiant. It was nothing like I had ever seen in Wisconsin where I'm from. I also loved the food. I had the Chicken Francese and it was so delicious!
