After searching through all the travel books we decided to try Queequeg's. We called and they were able to fit us in at at outside table, which at first I thought I might be chilly, but it was very pleasant. I had a dirty martini with dinner and my husband had a black and stormy (dark rum and ginger beer). We had the tuna appetizer with was really good. We then had to flag the waitress down for another drink, even though the glass was sitting there empty and she walked right by it and looked at it. When she told us what the specials were, she did not describe them at all, even though I could read what was written, and the steak special looked good. Had she given us the details, we may have ordered a special. However, we both got the scallops for dinner with risotto and it was very good. I forget what the dessert was called or even how to describe it, but it was 3 little tart shaped desserts, that where sort of like a mousse. They were ok, but I would have picked something else, as my husband decided on them. I walked inside to go to the bathroom, and the inside was small, low ceiling and booth, but very quaint. All in all the dinner was very good; however, the waitress was nice, but she was more on the quiet side, and didn't seem to go out of here way to tell us about the food, etc. I think with a better waitress, it would have been a better experience.
