This small restaurant is hidden off the main highway going into Denali. It is small and pretty isolated and we had our doubts upon entering. They also provide a golf course along with mini golf!
My family ate two meals while on our 2 day stay in the area.
For lunch we had fresh salads with the soup of the day. My daughter's hot dog came with sweet potato fries which was a nice alternative to french fries.
For dinner that evening we had the halibut in parchment paper. It was nice that it wasn't overly seasoned or spiced and you could just taste the freshness of the fish. We also shared some of the king crab leggs which came already split open and they were perfect. My daughter had the pasta and a cup of soup which was different than the soup at lunch. It was a tomato based soup and she loved it.
My daughter is eight and has a pretty sophisticated palate. I was happy that this place was open to substitutions and options for the kids other than the usual kid's food.
I found that the prices were about average for dining out in Alaska.
