Chef Melissa Kelly is very particular about her cooking, lifestyle, and restaurants: Her flagship restaurant in Maine, also named Primo, is open half the year (spring to fall) during the months when the food served can be grown right outside. For the rest of the year, she maintains two restaurants in Florida including this Orlando location. In keeping with her locavore roots, the menu changes daily to reflect the produce grown in the restaurants' gardens. Luckily for all of us, the warm Florida weather keeps these restaurants open year-round.
