The Boucan Restaurant at The Savannah Hotel in Hastings, Christ Church, Barbados can be described as one of the finest four-star restaurants on this island. Led by Swiss-born Executive Chef Max Benz, this restaurant caters to all ages, the choice of menu items is extensive, and the prices are all affordable. The Sunday buffet brunch features an exhaustive line of meats, seafoods, salads, desserts and island delights and is unmatched anywhere on the island. This excellent restaurant, with its unique views of the hotel pools and beach, is special by day or by night.
