If you find yourself "in the midst of several marinas" near Miami's City Hall, chances are high that you're at Scotty's Landing. "The place is very chill, and the food is good." Ambience-wise, this is "always a nice place to relax with a bucket of beer and some wings or a no-frills fish plate to relish the sunset and live music." This is definitely a spot for "diners-in-the-know" because it's tucked away into a corner, overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay. You’ll find an "eclectic mix of everything from yuppies to politicos to regular Joes," all enjoying this happy hour spot for beer and wine (only).
