Morada Bay Cafe

I never heard of Morada Beach café until this year. I searching the internet when I saw a photo of Morada Beach café. I knew I had to go there one day and so it was in October when we visited this place. I know for sure; I never passing through Islamorada anymore without stopping here. Really, this place is a gem!

The location is just fantastic, its right on the beach!! View of the bay, sand palm trees, great furniture; all those ingredients make this place special. You can sit inside, outside on the porch, with your bear feet in the sand. When standing on the beach you’ll notice a second restaurant, Pierre’s Restaurant. We didn't try Pierre's, because we were there only for lunch and I definitely wanted to try Morada Bay Café.

We had a nice meal at Morada Bay. Before our meal was served they offered us tortilla chips. After lunch I had a Cosmopolitan, which was good, but not the best I ever had. In my opinion Morada Bay café is nicer than Lor-e-lei. A better ambiance with a great location!

The time we were there is was quiet. Maybe because we were early. I think that the evenings are busier. In the evening there is live music and a beautiful sunset. With a drink in your hand and your love one sitting next to you…I can’t imagine a better romantic place than Morada Bay! I hope to come back in the future to have a great evening at Morada Bay Café.
