We had dinner there with some friends and the food was disappointing from the start we all share some apps, the broccolli soup was nicely presented but wow it sucked no flavor and no seasoning (i am a accompliced chef who lives in San Francisco by the way) the filet which was written on the menu as tournedos was incorrect , Look it up our do some research. The meat tasted almost rancid and it was overcooked. My friends lamb portion was small for the price and overcooked as well. The food was a huge miss. The restaurant is beautiful and the kitchen made me want to go play in it. But one question to the chef. The dover sole is fresh or frozen? It Is very very, rare to find Fresh Dover Sole In the United States. I bet it's frozen shame on you for that, good Italian wines and the service was good I liked the manager Joe. I found my spot when I go to Shrevport and you are not it.

Longtime Shreveport restaurateur Giuseppe Brucia recently opened this new restaurant that offers upscale Italian dishes. The setting is really elegant with an open view of the kitchen. The service is impeccable and the food is very sophisticated. The waiters are knowledgeable and can recommend the best wine for your entree. This is a must-do!
