Now you really have to be GREAT to be in business for 60 years, and continuously open for all of them! 2008 is the 60th Birthday celebration of the Pantry Restaurant in Santa Fe, where the serve traditional "Diner" comfort food and the best red or green chile west of the Mississippi! I had the Rolled Triple Blue Corn Enchilada plate, with red chile, beans and Spanish rice - wow, it was the best ever, and kept me full through dinner! Under $8 for everything! TERRIFIC!
