The Waterfront Cafe, located on the water's edge of the Careenage, offers a lovely location and tasty meal. My husband and I shared seafood antipasti for an appetizer, which was delicious, followed by some tasty steak fish with a wonderful sauce. Dessert was cheesecake.
Then we were off for a walk. We went across the decades old bridge onto a newly constructed boardwalk through a city that was now quiet. It is hard to believe that a city that is so cramped and busy in the day can ever be so quiet and peaceful, but it was.
Then we went back to the café. We sat down by the bar listening to the jazz tunes being turned out by the live musicians. What a night -- it is not to be missed!
