This is a French butcher's shop with a handful of tables on the inside and a few more lining the sidewalk outside. It's hard to find but well worth the effort. Around noon, Rene serves three or four freshly made dishes of a quality found in high-end restaurants. It is, without doubt, the best meal I had on either the Dutch or French side and not just because of price, which was incredible. You can get a three-course meal with glass of house wine for $16.
