L'Escargot

L'Escargot was a delightful experience. It is located on Front Street in downtown Phillipsburg in a very colorful "Creole" house. The food and service was excellent with the staff very friendly but not intrusive. My favorite was the Escargot Sampler for my appetizer. It did not appear on the menu, however, I expressed to my waiter how difficult it was to choose from about 7 or 8 escargot appetizers when he suggested the sampler, which included one of each. The restaurant has a very small parking lot in back of the building. I can't wait to return next year and dine again at this restaurant.
