Kapten Tenkes is a wonderful Hungarian restaurant. I went with two other people, and all three of us had fabulous meals. I ordered a fried pancake stuffed with cheese and bacon, and it was one of the most sinful things I've ever eaten. Their beer is very good too.

The staff's English isn't very good, but I don't speak any Estonian or Russian and I still managed to make myself understood. This is the best food I had in Estonia.
