The Lighthouse

Lovely atmosphere on the pier over the water. Service was excellent and the food was very very good but overpriced. In all fairness, however, most restaurants on Grand Cayman are very expensive. For a special occasion I would recommend The Lighthouse.

Lighthouse at Grand Cayman

This restaurant has a nautical atmosphere and served wonderful seafood. It was kind of a romantic place. I had my picture taken with the lighthouse and then watched the gorgeous magenta sun sink into the sea while eating a lobster dinner.

Very nice breakfast/brunch buffet on Sundays - it was $9.95. This was the ONLY place I found on the island where I enjoyed breakfast. Granted, I did not drive from the Morritt's Tortuga (where we were staying) into the tourist area some 30-45 minutes away.

We ate here twice. Our first night and our last. You can sit out on their dock and eat. Great sunset view and great food. We ate at quite a few top-rated places here and this was our favorite.
