Bon Sour! The Sunset Care overlooks the beautiful Caribbean horizon. As the sun lazily slips away for the evening, you can see the evening lights of Anguilla twinkle in the distance. A truly romantic evening, the waves lap the beach, the bougainvillea and local flowers sway in the tropical breeze, all the while the music softly plays in the background. The food is sumptuous too! Try the Salmon and Shrimp Penne in a light wine cream sauce...it is sheer heaven! After dining, walk over toward the Grand Case Beach Club waterfront and sit under the trees or near the beachfront. A truly enchanting evening.
