I never thought I could find something like this in the middle of Aguinaldo Highway right pass after the Tagaytay boundary but there was TAJ. At 11pm they were still open (24hrs) serving a specialty food (Indian). The place is so cozy with sofas and banquet chairs to lounge away your time while enjoying your spicy Indian food and the cool breeze. True to their claim -free Wi-Fi. They also have a spa (haven't tried yet) and a coffee shop. It's like an oasis in the middle of the night for you guys who frequently travel at night. You should check this out for yourself. By the way, the waiters are trained to detail you on the food just in case you have no idea what you will order.

Whenever I hear, smell, or see hot and spicy food, especially kebab, my mouth salivates! Kebab addict kami! Try this restaurant's Mutton Biryani, Chicken Curry, Masala, Roti Chanai (super recommended), Shahi Paneer (very highly recommended) and the mutton kebab! If you are in Tagaytay and will eat bulalo you will miss a lot in your life : ) . TAJ is the best that ever happened in Tagaytay. We are so tired of bulalo restaurants. Kebab rules!

TAJ of Tagaytay
I always make it a point to visit Tagaytay at least once a month and, after visiting the beaches this past summer, I decided to bring friends there last May. We were discussing old and existing restaurants where we can lounge and dine. While cruising Aguinaldo highway, there was a slow-down due to one minor accident near 'One Destination'. We were approached by two women in pink dresses who gave us a flyer. The flyer says,"not your usual Tagaytay food, the first 24-hours Indian-Mediterranean food in Tagaytay" and I said there's no way I'm gonna miss this as I really love Indian food. So, instead of taking a left to One Destination, we followed the map on the back of the flyer. When we got there, we found out it's a newly-opened restaurant. I just want to say this is the best (so far) specialty restaurant right now in Tagaytay. Though not yet completely finished, they also have rooms and a spa. They boast of their Philippine hilot. Best lounge sofas...
