Irmitas is an authentic family owned restaurant of the best Mexican food north of the border. The tiny hut on Bluff Street is green with a palm roof and the staff are friendly. They have a salsa bar where you can add your own sauce ranging from mild to hot. Include pico, cabbage, and limes from the bar and your meal can't get more traditional. There are a few tables inside and shaded tables outside. You will think you have arrived in Mexico with the sound of Mexican music in the back ground. A nice place to stop for lunch on a sunny day. They specialize in traditional tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortas.

Their hours are from 11am to 4pm on Mondays and 11am to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. They recently opened another Irmitas on 471 West Telegraph Street in Washington, 84780. (435) 986-1616
